The following is a commendation letter received from our client, the manager of Northholt and Greenford Countryside Park:

Dear Andrew,

I was very pleased to be able to show candidates for the Project Managers job this unique new bridge, which was looking so good. All were very impressed.

I have to say, that I doubt that the bridge would have been such a success, had it not been for the expertise and assistance of The Green Oak Carpentry Company. Not only with the traditional design and construction work but also with the engineered solutions to the gradient for disabled access, and abutment support. It was a struggle to deliver the bridge on time given the poor performance of other partners on the project, but you and your colleagues were always very helpful and made a major contribution to the successful delivery of the overall scheme. Finally, your help with securing the carving of the “green man” motifs was much appreciated and has helped to add further character to the bridge, which has generated a lot of interest.

Everyone is very impressed with the finished result and I thought I would just take the opportunity of belatedly giving my thanks to you and your team for a job very well done. I have submitted the bridge for a Civic Society award for next year and have every expectation of its success.

Yours sincerely

P White
Parks and Landscape Development Manager

The following is a commendation letter received from a client for a green oak house:

24 April 2009

Dear Mr Holloway,

RE: Wheely Copse Cottage

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the excellent job which has just been completed on the Oak Frame extension to the above property.

Not only is the quality of the work faultless, it is a true work of art, which will bring endless enjoyment to me and my wife. The end result has surpassed our wildest expectations.

I have been extremely impressed at the service I have received throughout the project, and thanks must go to Laurence, Steve and Adrian for their professional and helpful management. In addition it was a pleasure to watch the construction team consisting of Mick, Andy, Mark and Clark at work. Their skills are a great credit to your company.

May I also give credit to Richard Wetherill of Aventa Architects, who was recommended to me at the start of the project. He has managed the project with great attention to detail and creativity, and I would have no hesitation in further recommending his services to others.

My sincere thanks for a job well done.

With kind regards,

Ray Nicolaides

The following is a comment received from a project manager:

Dear Andrew,

Re: Westbrook House Elstead Surrey – WP 25b

Garden Room Oak Roof structure – steel corbel bracket support.

Further to my visit today to your works to review the progress on the above structure, which is due for installation early in the New Year, it was extremely pleasing to see what crafts men can actually produce from the stack of material, which I observed no more than 10 days ago.

In my opinion one could not fail to be impressed by the final product as observed today.

Project Manager
