Our specialist oak frame designers and fully qualified architects enable us to offer a complete design service. For clients wishing to build their own house, our Architects provide a full range of architectural services from the early design and conception phase with outline costs, to planning and building regulations drawings, and project management.

You may already have your own architect and want us to carry out the frame design only, with engineers checking. We are also able to offer help on cladding and glazing these structures along with other specialist detailing - the product of years of work on these buildings.

As a guide, costs for a finished building with a structural oak frame range from £90 for a basic design, to £150 per square foot for a high specification building. We pride ourselves on a friendly and professional approach to each project.
