Many schemes fail to achieve their full potential through lack of design integration between the architect, client and timber frame designer. If you are an architect, engineer or anyone else with a project in mind (at the early design or conception stage of a timber framed structure) we would welcome the opportunity to get involved. The earlier we are involved the better it will be for the scheme. Oak frames offer great opportunities to create open volumes of space, open plan living areas, galleries, balconies, integral conservatories, glazed truss gables and so on. Our collaboration on a large number of schemes means that we have accumulated a lot of experience. We also can offer technical assistance in the cladding and glazing of these structures. Oak frames can be timber boarded, tile hung, rendered, or be combined with conventional masonry cladding. Whatever the choice of material we are here to help.
