Jamie Croucher

I joined in 2006 as a carpenter, before becoming a team leader and eventually a contracts manager.

I’m a natural-born organiser and responsible for bringing everything together – from timber procurement and cutting lists to organising the cranes when we go out onto site. My dog Murphy is normally by my side – he’s become a core part of the team, despite not doing any work at all! My passion for efficiency means I use my carpentry knowledge in the office – I aim to make everything flow as smoothly as possible, helping the team do their work with minimal stress. I love our culture – we spend a huge amount of time together and all share a love for what we do. It’s a privilege to work like this.
