I joined in 2010 as a designer and estimator after studying design at college and first working for a smaller framing company.
I’m often the first person to meet a potential client, and a key part of my job is listening to their vision, before helping to turn it into reality. Beyond this, I see my task as sharing the passion and enthusiasm within our team, encouraging them to share their ideas and pushing for everyone to think about how we can innovate while respecting our craft. We’re designing and building beautiful structures that will last for many, many years to come – it’s a fantastic feeling to know you’re creating something truly worthwhile.
