This substantial pergola formed a central focal point in a historic garden with woven lattice panels for training plants. The planting is still establishing consisting mainly of climbing roses.
We did this pergola for a well know garden designer for a private client.
This 3D model shows a circular gazebo we fabricated for a private client who wanted an outdoor dining area with a wood fired pizza oven. The roof was covered with cleft Cedar shakes.
This summerhouse was built for the Hampton Court Flower Show and after sold to a private client as a tennis pavilion. The roof is unusual in that is comprises vertical timber boarding weathering and hip cover strips.
This is a detail of the carpentry of a garden hideaway for a well know author, a great place to sit around the fire and tell stories.
This 3D of a long garden pergola utilises stainless steel wire rope for bracing and providing a climbing frame for the plants. The central hexagon could if required have some for of roof covering.
This frame forms the well head and is a highly attractive structure. Note the timber columns are lifted well off the ground onto timber pads on brick piers to ensure longevity.
Pergolas come in all shapes and sizes. Again this 3D model shows woven lattice panels forming screens and support for planting.

“"Seems a long time since we finished with the garden room project but we have to say that it has been a huge success in every aspect. The room has become the place of choice for visitors. I can guarantee that everyone, yes everyone who visits, is blown away by the frame."
Mel, Moat Farm
“"Thank you for the frame that you have just finished at Rogate. It was a miserable wet day, yesterday and John and team carried on regardless. We are delighted with the overall look and also the mouldings to the members. As usual, the frame was millimetre accurate and will be easy to take forward to complete the building."
Bob, Trembath Associates
“"Just to say that it looks fabulous, and all who survey it are wonder-struck. Best wishes and many thanks to you all."
Simon, National Trust
“"I wanted to drop you a quick note to show my appreciation for your guys efforts today; they were a pleasure to have around the house and worked hard to get the frame up today."
